Legal & privacy

The short version of how we hire and how we handle your information.

Equal employment opportunity

SEA12 is an equal opportunity employer. We evaluate every applicant on merit and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion or creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran or military status, marital or partnership status, caregiver status, citizenship or immigration status, pregnancy or lactation, height or weight, unemployment status, salary history, credit history, arrest or conviction record, sexual and reproductive health decisions, or status as a victim of domestic violence, stalking, or sex offenses — and any other status protected by federal, New York State, or New York City law.

In line with New York’s Fair Chance Act, we do not ask about criminal history before a conditional offer.

Accommodations

If you have a disability and need assistance or a reasonable accommodation at any point in the application or interview process, email contact@sea12.co and we’ll work with you.

Applicant privacy

We collect only what you submit — your contact details, links, résumé, and your answers — and use it solely to evaluate your application and run our hiring process.

Applications are stored on Google Cloud (in the US) and visible to the small team directly involved in hiring. We never sell applicant data and never share it with third parties for their own purposes.

We keep application data for up to two years, then delete it. To access, correct, or delete your information sooner, email contact@sea12.co.

Pay transparency

Every open role lists a good-faith base salary range in its posting, as required by New York State and New York City law. Where someone lands in that range depends on experience and scope.
